Somebody was talking about emails.

I'm on Outlook and don't know how to send like at once to multiple people.

Any advice please. I'd like to send an email for example to 140 emails at once. Thanks

If you are sending one email to mulitple people just type all there addresses into the to box.
If you are sending multiple emails to 1 person just highlight all the emails and then click forward

Be careful your server does not see this a spam if you send all at once. Maybe try 20 first

Down the left go to People (Two blobby people) across to all contacts. Uncheck all those you don't want to send to. Then across far right send E-Mail. New window will Open then add subject etc... under all those names you're sending to.

I would do them in batches and use BCC, as in blind copying.
