My stepdaughter is lying and says she still has her license after 6 months. I had a duo 6 years ago driving on my own prescription and had 60 days and after that I lost my license for 6 months.

As LadyCG says, this website is based in the UK, where
(a) one can't drive a car at 16 years old (because you need to be 17 to get a licence ; and
(b) while being in possession of illegal drugs can lead to heavy penalties, simply having them in a vehicle (rather than being under their influence) can't lead to the loss of a driving licence.
