I successfully set up the app and saw my vaccination passports. But today going in I've entered my email address and the message a security number has been sent to my email address, but nothing is coming through.
Before it came on the phone, but I see that option has now disappeared.
Can anyone help??

Have you checked the junk / spam folder?
That's odd. I've just checked both my domestic and international Covid passes on my phone and they're appearing as normal.

An obvious question though: Have you checked the spam folder in your email account? It might be where the security number you refer to is hiding. (If it is, it might now have expired. If so, simply try to log into the app again in order to be sent a new code).

Yes, I've gone through every folder. I am using a gmail account and there is no folder marked "spam or junk"

Also checked the folder marked Important!
Odd I have a spam folder in my gmail!
I also have Spam folder in gmail
Also mine asks me for my password not s number
On my phone, tapping the three lines at the top left of the page (in my Gmail app) brings up 10 folders. The 3rd one in the list is 'Important'. The 9th one is 'Spam'.
I think I know what you've done!

In the NHS app, if (after correctly entering your email address) you accidentally click on 'Forgotten your password' (rather than in the actual password field), that should get a message sent to your email address to enable you to reset your password.

My guess is that you've tapped there by mistake but, for some reason, the reset code hasn't arrived in your inbox. It shouldn't matter though, as your existing password should still work if you simply try to access the NHS app again.

Chris, I am sure I did not do that. But I am going to leave it for today and try again tomorrow.
I found my spam folder and nothing from the NHS.
