When this has been removed from a person who was dealing with all affairs for a person. Would this have constituted any bitterness. Both persons being of sound mind.

It could be for any reason. Who terminated who. Was it time limited. Was there a change in circumstances. Could be so many reasons
It all depends on how prone to taking offense the people are.

If both were of sound mind, I wonder why POA was needed in the first place?
Best to get PoA set up whilst everybody is of sound mind because it can be very difficult if the situation changes suddenly eg, accident. We have PoA set up for our daughter to take care of our finances "just in case".
woof i am just trying to register my POA as i have been unwell, and while i have full capacity, indisposed to deal with stuff (and unable while in hospital)
That is just one situation whereby a person with capacity may wish to enact a POA; im sure there are others.
It may well be that if i recover a sufficient amount, i decide to rescind it. In that case it wont be through bitterness, but y not needing it anymore
