no I think the answer is no - no problem
I have have forgotten - I think I must have covid-mind

Bar maid will know
firstly are you talking of before or after he dies?
That which you are suggesting indicates you two do not get along and you are being sneaky is that so? Is he your husband? Why do you say 'his son'. Not 'ours'?
There is not a snow ball's chance in hell that your husband's solicitors will agree to post mortem amendments. Moreover, all that you have written here will be used against you in court. If I were you I would tread very very carefully.
DANCE2TRANCE, what are you rambling on about?
dance trance is having a little fantasy and why not - this is AB

Post mortem Trustees can be added ( depending on the trust articles as that was done in my father's will settlement - two trustees are reqd to deal with land sales and one was dead)

I think the silence of the barmaid is that she has given an opinion alread ( see advice ) and doesnt wish to change it
The silence of Barmaid is due to her having other stuff to do.

There is no problem with you being appointed as trustee. A codicil will do that before death.

Pinkjudy you have posted many times before about the arrangements concerning your husband's will.

I suggest you a) get some legal advice and b) then discuss with your husband. Clearly you are concerned so deal with it now rather than when it is too late. We are getting drip fed stuff which is not helpful. A lawyer in possession of all the facts will be far more helpful. This forum is no substitute for sensible legal advice. Please seek some.

Dance2trance, please do shut up.
Many thanks the barmaid, silent no more

I think DanceTrance is giving us a glimpse of family wills and quarrels both pre and post mortem. what larx
