I rent a parking space and have obviously been unable to use it, but have just received notice to pay.
I was under the impression that complies were being advised not to pursue rents if due to Covid they were not used.
Is this just wishful thinking on my part?

It would have been a nice gesture but wasnt obligatory. Try asking for a rent holiday due to being unable to use the space. Its worth a try.
