Re my post on the travel forum on AB. I am still unable to pay balance owing on a Thomson TUI package holiday booked on line. The balance is due 15th June. I’ve made numerous calls, without being able to be put through to the payment dept. Some numbers I’ve been advised to ring just brings me back full circle. I’ve even been in to a Thomson travel agent. They can’t help as I’ve booked online. Supposing the due date comes and goes, and they cancel my booking can I argue the case I’ve done everything possible. TIA

you can argue as much as you like. whether they'll entertain you is doubtful.
That sounds bad if their agents in the shop claim they are unable to sort out a booking with their own company.

Can only wish you luck contacting the company. Must have a head office number somewhere.
Have you tried Facebook - could send them a message asking what you’re supposed to do?

I was going to say the same thing - try their Facebook site
If it all goes pear shaped and you lose the holiday there's a TUI facebook page for disgruntled customers that might be able to advise.

Haven’t been able to locate live chat link. 237SJ only contact us link which just takes you back to the top of the page your already on.

Thanks Danny have fired off a email to the CEO.
I've just tried and can get into all my (2) forthcoming bookings no problem, although that is flight only - maybe it's fixed?
PS Live Chat for me is right at the bottom of the page (it's now closed though)
Perhaps try on a different computer?
I had same problem yesterday but it did work in the end. I did a clean of my machine in the end as I thought it may be something to do with that. Checked 2 boookings for flights and accommodation and both are now working fine the same as Prudie. I did try phoning yesterday and it said on there to contact store if I needed help urgently.

Prudie, theshedman. Did you book through a travel agent or diy online.
Bob in OP it states it was booked online.
malaga - my flights showing were booked online directly with Thomson (TUI) however I have another upcoming flight with them that was done through an agent and that has never shown, I believe that's normal and if you booked through an agent it's them who you should be paying not TUI direct.
Did both of ours online. Couldn't get through at all the other day but now it is working fine. As I said though I did do a complete clean of my laptop just in case there was any cookies or something else stopping it from working.
