Can anyone tell me if there is a statute of limitations on an estate agent's blacklist. If so, how many years before it has to be removed. Thanks in advance.

what do you mean by estate agents blacklist?
What sort of blacklist do you mean please, roda? Refusing to sell/rent? One particular estate agent or all of them?
what is .... etc
but either way, it is subject to the Data Protection Regs
so for example you should be able to see if you are on it but not other people and correcct an entry if you think it is unfair.
I'm assuming that maybe you didn't keep up with the rent?
So a credit file entry, ummmm?
It's worth reading this. See Myth 4 for how long things stay on your record. See also the bit about getting errors corrected.

It's just a guess.
there is no statute of limitations on letting, they can choose who they let to forever.
road - can you tell what the black list is?
it is possible that it is unlawful from the start as the data on it ( of blacked people) had to be collected for that purpose....
// there is no statute of limitations on letting, they can choose who they let to forever.//
but that is the answer to the question is there a statute of limitations on letting?

the question is different ....
