They're both as bad as each other Jessi. Ignore both websites.

Did you give over any card details, or were your card details already in the game?
Have you paid? If so how? If not, how do they expect you to pay?
Ask your parents/carers to sort it out for you
To answer the question though.. Yes. You can be sued at any age
No a child can't be sued, however if your parents cars is linked to the email address used that might be charged so tell them quickly so they can sort this out for you.
Cali, a child can be sued.
//It is very difficult to succeed when you sue a minor for breach of contract, because minors can disavow (back out of) any contract they sign as long as they do it before they turn 18//
in certain cases children can be sued.
Children can't be sued in these circumstances.
hc.Why not?
You can be sued at any age if you cause personal injury or financial loss.
I suspectthat this kid isin the US....this is a UK website and so we may not be ableto give you correct information. Go and tell your adult(s) what has happened. They may be cross but will sort it out for you.
Although, i do agree, in the circumstances provided ,i can not imagine you will get sued. At all.

Anyone and everyone has 14 days since when they receive their product to get a full refund providing it's in the original conditions and packaging. Therefor, simply return what was bought, online or physically.

(if you are a child) you need to talk to an adult you trust such as a parent or guardian or teacher.
Because the law has stated that minors can only be bound by contracts for essentials in certain circumstances, the child must be able to understand the consequences of the contract and benefit from it - gaming is not essential.

Sueing doesn't always have involve a contract breach
But this question is about breach of contract.

I’m sorry if I didn’t detail the question so much I meant can I get sued for doing accidentally ordering something and i’ve Emailed them if I could decline the order but they kinda ignored me and i’m 10

Btw i’m very scared and worried what is gonna happend to me tho...
We need some context.

What have you ordered? Is it an application? or something like Vbucks? Or a solid object to come through the post?
Question Author
Btw i’m From Norway and I live in Oslo
Question Author
Solid object
Don't worry. Legal action will not be taken out on you.

Companies don't tend to allow people access to products or software without getting money first.

My worry would be, who's money have i spent? Then speak to them.

This is why i want to know if you gave out card details, or if card details were already on the website you go on?
