Hi. I own a holiday cottage and advertise it on AirBnB. Someone wants to stay for 2 months, and I am fine with this so long as my role as a host for a holiday let does not change to that of a landlord for longer term stays... and hence I risk the 'holiday maker' not leaving and then having the nightmare of removing them from my property. Any advice always welcome. Thanks
