Hi All i am an estate agent in north London and stuck in the middle of trying to close a deal.

i said to the vendor that "you will need to do a survey and for the lease extension, and would have to instruct a solicitors to serve the section 42, and then the new buyers have the right to extend the lease and could be done simultaneously on completion"

now after the section 42 is triggered who pays for what and what is done?????
