I have court case on 22nd and self representing.
Thing is the timeline of events are as follows
5th Feb 2015 statement made
12th April 2015 incident occurs
12th may 2015 999 call made requesting help

What would I use to dismiss this statement in court as it's not actually correct.

have you contacted citizens advice bureau? they might be able to help.
Some solicitors offer a free 20-30 mins consultation or advice period, might be an idea to get in touch?

Not been there mate but I do have a law called force in one force in all. I can quote this but just wondered if there would be something else to use.
> i do have a law called "force in one force in all".

Please can you clarify what this means, neil.
i take it that you made the statements at a police station or they called around to your house to take it/them?
Visit the station you made your statements at and see what they advise

-- answer removed --
this is procedural and evidential in a criminal court
and I am not sure if anyone has experience in it

there are a few ex policemen on this thread but I am not sure they want to tell you how to rubbish the police/prosecution case

you want your argument to run

someone has sworn this is the way it occurred
it is obvious that it could not have occurred in this time line
this raises doubt about the validity of the statement
therefore you should dismiss the case

and I dont know how you do this - see CAB

I am not sure you should wheel out "force in lone force in all" as none of knows what that means

if this were a road traffic case then it would be dismissed
( as I have seen it done )

sorry I cant be of more help

Statement has been made by a police officer.
Force in one basically means if you can put doubt into the statement you can request it be removed from the hearing.

You're correct in how my defence will be starting as the timeline is all to pot, dob is also misrepresented in there and that's just for starters
false dammit
not force
latin for force if you ever need it is vis, vim.....
this is "advocacy" which I dont think any of us do ...
CAB may do
and also you get a free thirty minute go with a solicitor
choose an advocating solicitor ....

[Fred Puli was a criminal Q!C but he has been silent ( because he is dead ) for a few years now and so is no use to you ]
