Good Morning Early Birds!

Monday. All calm this morning. Got the shed sorted out yesterday. The old kitchen units and worktops fitted in a treat. I've now got more floor space and clear worktops to use. Wonderful! :o}

Tiggy came to investigate. I gave him some lunch and off he went on slug patrol. He didn't leave the garden and went back to bed after a couple of hours.

While sorting out the shed, I found the missing bit from one of the roller blinds in the kitchen on the floor at the back. How it got there I have no idea...well, I have a suspicion! I know I put it with the blind on the floor under the window in the lounge whilst the kitchen was being done, along with the other one. I can put that blind up today. A five minute job.

it was a lovely sunny day yesterday and I managd to get quie a bit done outside. looking better now. OH and I pulled up a small ornamental tree and tried to tie it more upright. it had been blown slanting during the winds. time will tell.

I was wondering about ummmm's hoover too, but didn't like to ask. :o}

That's the washing into the drier, much easier now it's along side the washing machine instead of the other end of the kitchen!

had to give up in the end yesterday boaty as my arm was aching too much and I needed to rest it. i'll not get it finished today as have other things I want to get done. you know all about keeping several balls in the air at one time.

I do indeed LJ. I got the shed done, but I know all about it this morning! But I'm glad it's done and is crossed off the list. I will put the other blind up, the big one over the door, but that's it today. I still don't know how the wee bit got into the shed. I know I [put it with the two blinds in the lounge under the window, where they wouldn't be disturbed. I noticed the wee bit was missing about half way through the renovation. I think Vera was playing games again. She does that. ;o}

Lol....I hoovered the downstairs and asked my son to bring it upstairs. He put it in my bedroom. OH went to bed before me so I got into bed in the dark so didn't know where it was and walked into it half asleep.

OH said 'just turn the friggin light on'
