15 years ago we changed our sons name by deed poll, through moving houses we've lost the paper work, and the solicitor we did it through as since moved, we don't know where. Is there any way to get the paperwork without having to re do it again?my son's applied for his provisional licence but they need the deed poll papers. Any advice anyone please?

Seems it's unlikely you can get a copy. And the cheapest option could be to get a new deed poll. Have a browse here...
