Our solicitor is requesting a doctors report to seek medical evidence on the medication dad was prescribed for his cancer, which will prove he was on a very low dosage of oral morphine. I vaguely remember his gp coming out to dads house to see him, as he was normally visited by the nurses. Hopefully the gp will also be able to confirm dads state of health/mind at the time. Has anyone on here had any experience of these reports? We have gathered substantial witness statements which all favour dads state of mind and capacity.
