What are my rights as a mobile phone I bought wouldn't charge after 5months so I took it back to the shop with all packaging and receipts and they send it off to the manufacturer to be repaired, that was 2 months ago and I've heard nothing since except, " oh they won't answer the phone", I went to the Consumers office who will wrote a letter to the shop but still nothing. Obviously I now want a new phone as the other one is either lost or irreparable, the shop here in Spain says it is the manufacturer's responsibility but I think my contract is with the shop? Can anyone clarify this please. Thank you, and where do I go next??
