I was just in the process of applying for a new job which required CRB clearance.

Recently (last month), I had to attend a magistrates court for a minor public order offence, the decision went in my favour. Case was dismissed by the magistrate.

Do I have to disclose this information on a CRB check,or would it be advisable to do so. Honestly I would prefer not to, but I am seeking advice from yourselves on this.

The vacancy is not an enhanced CRB, just a standard CRB/DBS, any advice would be much appreciated

I would suggest if the case was dismissed that you do not have a
Criminal Record, so No!
