Im trying to find out for someone, its all a bit complicated but here goes. A couple in the process of divorcing but still married when husband is sent to prison. He has a car which will be repossessed when he comes out but she is allowed to drive meanwhile. She has taxed and insured it. The tax is due again and she cant afford it. He isn't allowed to sign for the finance company to take it away. She has nowhere to park it off road to sorn it. Any advice please.

Do not understand this, why is the car being reposessed? is it on finance? if so why does the company need the huisbands signature to take it? They are in law the owners and can take their own property back. Also if it is on finance and therefore owned by a finance company only they can sorn it.
Need more information this does not make sense as it stands.
