Ex- was ordered to vacate a property as part of a divorce settlement for the property to be sold. He has willfully placed his friends in there without my consent. He has also not paid the mortgage though he works and collects rent from his friends.

What court forms do I need to complete to quickly get them out? Can anybody help me please? This has been dragging on for 3 years now and i have no money now.

can't you just change the locks (if the house belongs to you)

You are best going and getting your own legal advice on this, if you can't afford it then try CAB or Community Legal Advice to see if they can help you - get in touch sooner rather than later though as they are heavily used.
