A friend of mine has recently won his tribunal against ATOS who stopped his disability benefits and declared him for for work, this man had a severe accident in 2002 and needs both shoulders and hips replaced, he cannot walk far and now relies on a mobility scooter. however after a few months of winning his case ATOS have sent another assessment appointment to him and have stopped his benefits again. He re applied for DLA and was refused, he is having to appeal again, can they do this considering he won his tribunal a few months ago?

Yes they can, its a different assessment process. Even if he had won, reviews can be called at any time.
