I am applying for divorce. I have spoken to my husband, I have complited the petition, and i am ready to file. We cannot afford the lawyers to get involced so we are doing everything ourselves.

The only problem i have is what to do about finances? We have very little assets together and we are both in complete agreement of who gets what - i am getting the flat and responsibility for the mortgage and one loan in my name, my husband gets the motorbike, whatever he wants from the flat and responsibility for two credit cards in his name. Do I need to get this agreement certified somehow? If so how do I go abou it?
Or is the fact we are in agreement enough and I don't need to have this discussed/confirmed in court?
