If im 18, and an american citizen, and im up in Israel visiting family, for about a month or two and want to have a good time, and drink with them.
Knowing
Americas drinking age is 21.
Can i get into trouble for buying/drinking alcoholic drinks?
prev traveling to america with a criminal record?
  
next spitting on someone's car in new york?? is it illegal

It's the laws of Israel that apply; not those of the USA. Since the minimum drinking age in Israel is 18 you should have no problems.
