you can't.

if you know of an individual who has been convicted in court you can contact the court to find out the result, but there are no such published lists that I am aware of.

if i knew someone was caught DD and after their court case they were still driving, I would be tempted to find out their sentence so as to report a suspended driver driving.
Or maybe an employer needs/wants to know?

in aberdeen where I come from its usually printed in the local papers with photogragph and a short detailed story

You can't! Unless you can access the court records and do a manual search by name or you have saved an media articles, criminal records are private in the UK and cannot be accessed except in exceptional circumstances.
