Potential Dangerous Driving Charge
This weekend whilst out riding my motorbike with my friend he was pulled over by an unmarked Police car, he said i have already got your friend and then proceeded to show him a video from the car with mainly my friend driving on it.
He then tried to get my details from my friend (which he did not give) and gave a notice to my friend that he was going to be done for dangerous driving.
Is there a time limit for which they can come after me for dangerous driving, or the lesser careless driving or even speeding?
