how do i start the letter
i know its not dear judge!!!!
but what is it?

That was just a guess sorry, so wait for someone who knows to reply.
It depends on the type of court and the role of the judge.

if he's black, try 'Yo , Rastaman!' just so that he knows you're down with the brothers.
You'll go a long way to find a Rastaman judge in this country.
What are the circumstances whereby you have to write to a judge at a court?? Nover heard of it being any sort of requirement.

but in general posting on here is a nightmare!!!!!
you get people who want to judge you on the answer you want before they've even answered it!
discourages people from using it which is a shame
