I've just discovered that houses backing onto land I want to sell are subject to a perpetual yearly rent charge of £3.10.0d created by a conveyance dated 18 Oct 1934. If the person is no longer alive who gets the rental?

The starting answer is the residuary beneficiary of his will - and their will, etc, for as long as necessary.
