i am devoriced,and have been pay the morgage for 3 years.inow want to sell but my ex has stoped the sale can he do this.

that would depend on who's house it is - and who was awarded the asset of the house in your divorce

How has he stopped it? Presumably because his name is on the Mortgage agreement.
