I had a loan a few years ago and fell behind with the payments after being made redudant. The secured a county court judgement and I am now repaying back each month. I recently asked for statement and copy of the credit agreement cause I didn't have a copy. They refused to send me one saying that now a judgement had been obtained there was not credit agreement now in place, just the county court judgement. On the statement they sent, interest is still being added to the amount, but how can this be when there is no agreement place? Are they allowed to keep adding interest? Is there anything I can do to get a copy of the judgement as they will not send me a copy? Please advise

Maybe you can apply for one under the Data Protection Act. Does anyone know?
Seems odd that you were never notified of anything.
I'm pretty sure the judgement is binding and the lender will be following it. Are the terms not clear from your monthly statement- balnace outstanding, interest charge, estimated interest payment for next month- all the usual stuff.
