my ex is selling the house in her name only but i paid for the deposit and refurb can i stop her selling it with the central heating and bathroom, kitchen, windows and carpets included in the sale.

Can you prove it?

I don't think you can stop her selling it but you can register an interest. You'll need to see a solicitor.

yes i can prove it and not stopping her selling but can i stop the items in the sale basically to bring down the amount of money she gets

You've posted this twice. You have another answer on your one.

No...I don't think you'll be able to stop her selling the fixtures. You can't take the windows out. Go to a solicitor....and if you can prove how much you have put in then you can register an interest in the house. Both solicitors will fight it out....but you may get something out of the sale. Start getting your receipts in order.

No, you can't stop her selling her property; when you left the premises you 'abandoned all rights' to the contents.
