some time ago i was locked up for the night and fined 80 fixed charge. will any future employer find out about this if i have to have a crb ?

No as its only a police fine and providing u pay this within the time stated you will be clean of any criminal record,exactly the same thing happened to me and i paid my �80 over the phone through cred card and had about 3weeks to pay it,it was an expensive night out lol

I don't think anyone should be locked up for the night just because they were drunk! You must've been behaving badly!
