I am 12 months through an 18 month contract with Orange I signed with them and got free Broadband with my 30 month contract this made sense as at the time I was paying 19 for my Broadband, Orange have broken their contract with me by not suppling my free internet for the past month. It has cost me a fortune ringing them and paying for a pay as you go internet service with someonelse we have gone round in circles with them for a month (i ring Tech support who pass the problem to Fault Management who do a line test and say everything is fine and refer me back to Tech support who pass the problem to fault Management and so on for the last 4 weeks). I have now signed up with another Broadband provider and am paying for it and think that orange should either terminate the contract or offer me a better deal on the monthly contract- I can get a better mobile contract elsewhere I only chose the one I did for the free Broadband. Anyone out there know anything about mobile contracts?? Thanks in Advance

I hope you are taking the name of every Orange employee you speak to, dates, times and outcomes. keep a copy of every expense you've encountered.
Write a letter to Orange, and send a copy of all the times you've spoken to someone, copies of all the bills of the expenses you've paid, and tell Orange you will seek legal action of you do not get a remedy within 14 days.
Keep a copy of the letter, do NOT send any originals to Orange, send only copies. Let me know of the result!
