New Double Glazing

I have just had new double glazing installed, it's the dark rosewood coloured frames.
There are several scuffs on some of the frames revealing the white upvc underneath.
I pointed this out to the installer and they said that these would be touched in with coloured pens.
What I would like to know is if this is acceptable or should I demand that the damaged are replaced.
Where do I stand legally with regards touching in or replacement.

Well I wouldn’t accept it.
It is good to know that you have installed double gazing. I think you have to follow the instructions of installing.
Unacceptable.
If you had just bought a new car and there were scuffs on the bodywork and the dealer said that these would be touched in with coloured pens - would you accept it?
