I have an Enduring PA and wish to change it as my estranged daughter is named and I would like to name my daughter-in-law instead. There is no property involved. Should I make a Lasting PA or an Enduring PA? I have a vague recollection that one replaced the other a few years ago - is this correct? Any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

There are only lasting ones now (LPA) of two types, property and finance and health and welfare. It looks like in your circs, you can't change an existing one, you can only cancel it and make a new one.
