Decree Nisi Application

Hi,

I am currently going through a divorce. My husband does not intend to defend the divorce, so I am now going to apply for a decree nidi. However, I cannot find any detailed guides to do this. There is a question about his behaviour affecting my health. I have already indicated on the divorce petition that I have sustained a physical injury, so I feel I should mention that again. What kind of evidence should I provide? And what does the court need this for?

We also have a daughter, and I keep finding conflicting answers about filling in the child arrangement statement. Do I need to send this as well, or is it only when the parties don't agree on the arrangement?

Thank you

Thank you Scrivens,
I've already seen this guide. It's quite generic, so doesn't really cover my issue. Maybe someone's had a similar situation?
