If it came down to a claim Kath, wheelchairs are not suited for each person, the persons I cared for, had their own wheelchair specifically made for them & other disabled users could not use them. in other words " Insurance"

I think wheelchair access only. Many do provide wheelchairs, but i doubt they're obliged to.
