Long standing customer - Phone is on contract - had new phone less than 3 months - doesn't work properly, keeps going off etc - they changed SIM as thought it was faulty - still the same - now they think phone is faulty so are repairing it - asked for courtesy phone but they said as no insurance not their policy to give courtesy phone. Phone is not fit for purpose. Where does one stand? .

tell them to stick their phone and that you are cancelling your direct debits and going to another provider because their service is appalling!

But what if you are tied in to their contract?
Try contacting consumer direct - google for your areas number. Its a freephone number and they give free advice. They recently helped me get a full refund for something similar. Good luck
