My daughter is seventeen years old and has saw an ad for a job in the paper that she is interested in. The job is mostly night shift and I was wondering if you have to be eighteen to work nightshift. Is there an age limit?

LOL what a classic example of government manipulation in wording.
It's basically a sneaky way of avoiding terms like "prohibited", "compulsory" or "controlled".
