Alterations to working hours for disabled person

Would a company have to allow a disabled person to reduce their hours if that person could not physically cope with working a full week, due to pain and exhaustion?

they may do...but i doubt they would have to...disabled or not, if you cannot do the job the need you to fulfil, then they must find someone else

they may find someone to maake up the hours though
