Hello, I'm a paediatric nurse about to start my first post-reg job in a regional burns unit for adults and children (although I will be mainly working with children). I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good Care of Burns book, if it was specifically for paeds then that would be even better. I just want to have a good read up before I start because I qualified 8 months ago and it's taken me this long to get a job - I feel a little out of the loop shall we say!. Please help if you can, thanks x
