i don't think there should be any strict quallitys that u should have but there are some that you should not have to name but a few


bad maners,bad temper, eaisy to provoke, untrust worthyetc....


but i think there are so many differt roles that an officer has to fill that one kind of person could not fill them all

you will have to be prepared to take a lots of sh@t from people.
Wouldnt be my cup of tea. Im a nurse and Im leaving due to abuse, lack of respect and general mistreatment from the general public (patients and relatives alike). I will never work in another public service job.
