Maybe have a think about HOW you will do each of your answers. Can you think of any little improvements you can make? EG. For q5 could you instigate a customer satisfaction survey to see how well the team is doing? Similar fir q3, maybe suggest you gather feedback from employers and stakeholders to seek improvements.
