I was facing a set back with my cleaning on my shift and the toilet floors hadn't been moped and obviously I don't work weekends so won't be done all weekend and my colleuge said just go as they won't pay me so dont do them any  favour's but I cleaned anyway. What do I do next time? Also deputy manager has all of a sudden decided all of a sudden it my job to clean his office. He's part of the reason I want to get out he's a pig.

So back to this original question. You should always finish all your assigned jobs, leaving late if necessary, unless told not to by a supervisor. You need tofindout if your job description includes cleaning the Deputy Manager's office. If it does do it.

Has Julie asked you about Selco? Why not ask her if she knows of any jobs that are available that you might like. Just say you are thinking of a change

The nature of the setback may be relevant to whether you should have stayed to finish.

Just me but if I'm off my colleuge does the cleaning.
