They are both a bit "busy". Maybe find something lighter and plain.

Those tops are busy.  Presumably you're wearing a jacket with the black trousers but shirt collars under jackets never stay where you put them and end up looking scruffy.  A little tight fitting T-shirt type top with a scoop neck looks far neater - and if you don't have one they can be bought for just a few pounds.
