At The End Of The 6 Month Contract You Are Fired And You See Others Without Merit Pass Ahead, What Would You Do?

Imagine that you had signed a work contract for 6 months with the promise that at the end of those 6 months you would move to the company with a longer contract, being inserted in a work group all with the same promise, and during the 6 months you hit all records for being an excellent employee, but at the end of the 6 month contract you are fired and you see others without merit pass ahead, what would you do?

was the promise in the contract?

Oral contracts can be enforceable (might depend what country you're in) but they can be hard to prove.
Depends what you were fired for.
I would ask the reason and whether they could reconsider but its there perogative, there decision
Fired may not be the right term as the contract had ended anyway.
What country are you in? Depends on the laws and practices there

No reason was given, I have Excell files passed by the organization, as proof, saying that in the 6 months I had the better results, without comparasion, from the work group in all fields , at the end they all received a job offer from the company to continue and to me they just said " Sorry but the company will not count with you in the future, without reason given , and I still didn´t asked!!
