Hi,

Been trying to apply for a job online & my applications keep being rejected because my profile is apparently incomplete. I asked about it at the tiny store where the vacancies are & was told I needed to add pics of my Right to Work documents (though the application just asks you to confirm you can prove it). I've added those now but can't reapply for the same job so have set up a new username & completed the profile from scratch, including uploading scans of passport & driving licence. I'm still getting the same rejection, "reapply when you have completed your profile", arrgghhh !

The store did say to contact their IT department if still having problems (I didn't ask what the number was as she was busy & figured I'd find it easily *doh*) but I just can not find a number anywhere ! The generic customer service number is no good unless I want a reference ...

Their IT department is probably based in Mumbai ad staffed by people reading from scripts, who wouldn't have a clue about how to solve your problem. (Cynic? Me? Surely not?)

Try an email to their HR department. They'll probably be familiar with any known problems in submitting employment applications (and/or able to provide an alternative means of doing so):
