Astronaut
For just one day I'd like to me an astronaut and get to see the earth from space.
Jinx Canary :) x
Food tester. Especially chocolates, puddings and alcohol.

Retired early 4 years ago, do not want another job thanks.
retired like balders....lovely jubbly ;-)
Killing whingy neighbours and screaming kids.
For one day?

Make up artist for Liz Hurley!!!
Is 'cat stroker' an actual job?
I've retired too - but to sit in the International Space Station for just a day and watch the world go by (literally) would be wonderful.
Of course, Talbot!
How much does it pay?

I retired twenty years ago, and definitely don’t WANT a job, but cat-stroking just struck me as something I really would enjoy - in fact I’d do it for nothing.

A ‘real’ job? Ah, that’s a question. Barring nurses, doctors, and food growers, how many of us do ‘real’ jobs?
Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists do real jobs, as do Speech and Language Therapists and many other of the other paramedical professions. Got to say I get a bit cheesed when people go on about the wonders of doctors and nurses and totally ignore the other essential professions.....also the police and fire services.....shall I go on?

There are I suppose gradations of necessary jobs, starting at the top with the three I listed and going all the way down to estate agents and PR people.
Astronaut for me too
For all you budding astronauts a chance to go to a black hole.

And the space centre here is worthy of a visit. Stunning, but like the planetarium but on a larger scale.
No Bainbrig, NO-ONE needs Estate Agents ;-) x
So difficult to choose really. Probably a vetinary surgeon who specialised in an important field and could travel the globe. This was not an option as my choices were limited by my upbringing and education.
