Hi I would write it like this:- Dear All , I am looking for a job. I am currently working as a web PHP developer, and have done so for the last six months, but now I would like to switch from web development to Search Engine Optimization. I don't yet have SEO experience, and have been applying for the last two months for a job, but have yet to be called for an interview....

A capital I on line 2. Line 3 leaves me baffled. Are you say you are applying after 2 months , because that contradicts line 1. Sorry, I can't make any sense of line 4 at all. Line 5, you need 'know of' not 'now'.

Try rewriting line 4 to express what you mean in shorter phrases.
^^^ 'Are you saying' - as I typed.
Liner4. I have been applying for a job for two months but so far I have not been offered an interview.
Well done, danny!
following on fromLine4, Please, do you know of any openings in SEO.If so could you please inform me af any such openings.
I am looking for a vacancy in Search Engine Optimization.
I am currently employed as a Web PHP Developer and am keen to gain experience and further my career in Search Engine Optimization.
Please contact me if you have any openings in your company and I will be happy to give you further details.

I'd swop "a job" with "employment in your company". The "give us a job" style sounds like you lack confidence when you wish to seem confident in your abilities and value to an employer.

I'm suspecting that trying to get on the job training in something you are not already knowledgeable at, by sending letters out in hope, is unlikely to be successful. You'd be better off looking for someone advertising for SEO trainees. Or better still, get trained to some level first.
