I was reading something on the internet and a girl was talking about her sleeping habits so some guy suggested a meditation system called Solfeggio frequencies. He mentioned that he researched it during a psychology paper. According to the guy, the music is suppose to calm your body and mind, and that it also naturally enhances your brainwave function.

But what form of psychology has solfeggio got to do with?

He sent her a link to a solfeggio video and he gave her the following advice..."Concentrate on the hum as it washes away at your stress while the rest gently caress your mind like soft bubbles playfully bouncing around you"

How about a sensible answer please?
I don't get the question either.
I don't know what you would classify the therapy as , but some reading here.

If it works for you then all well and good.
