Why are you posting on here if you already know what to do?

Depending on any contract...

'or you will not be paid for the days that you don't sign in'
'You will not be paid for days in which you do not sign in' ... that should do the trick
Fatemah has posted lots of these before and wants help with her English.
Is there anyone at work you can show them to? I think most recipients would just skim read your emails so I would trust myself, send what seems right and then take note of any feedback/queries for next time
i would just talk to them, and follow it up in an email
Yes, if just one or two but if there are lots i would just send an email.
Is there a written procedure you can refer them to- just attach the relevant section as a reminder
There's no point in having a rule and then allowing individuals to disregard it. I would email a reminder to all staff on this scheme to the effect that from now on failure to sign in will result in delayed payment - and stick to it. If this person then neglects to sign in he or she will have to chase the missing pay.
