I have a 31 year old nephew who is very unhappy with his work. He is on a very low basic salary with decent commission if he achieves sales. In the current financial climate that is not happening & he is getting into debt, getting very stressed & his personal confidence is being eroded. His sister tells me he doesn't like the job anyway, but doesn't have any ideas about what he'd rather do instead.

Someone has suggested that he takes the Birkman Test with a follow-up session with a life-coach / careers adviser. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of the Birkman Test? Or any better ideas?
